PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Every pupil must have a valid, signed provisional driving licence prior to the start of training and must satisfy the eyesight requirements. Payment for lessons must be made in advance and we reserve the right to charge for any lesson not cancelled or rearranged at least 48 hours before the date booked. Refunds are given at our discretion depending on the circumstances. Your instructor has completed rigorous training to the highest standard in this profession and you should be guided by him with regards to your readiness for the practical driving test. We reserves the right to withhold the training vehicle for the driving test if, in the instructor's opinion, the trainee has not reached the required standard. If you have to cancel a test with less than three working days (this does not include weekends, bank holidays) of the date of the test then the test fee will be forfeited. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that pupils receive the appropriate training at the time as booked, we cannot be held responsible for the postponement of training due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown, illness of instructor or any other cause. Neither can we be responsible for driving test appointments postponed by the Driving Standards Agency. We endeavor to safeguard your personal property during lessons, but the school accepts no liability whatsoever for jewellery, cash, clothing or other property that may be left in the training vehicle. Your instructor will at all times behave in a professional manner towards you and will avoid any physical contact except in the case of an emergency.
